Shipping policy

Our gnomes come from a small partner workshop. Every order is reviewed by our team before being submitted to the workshop, so expect a brief handling window between ordering and shipping.

Processing time

Most in-stock orders are submitted to the workshop within 1 business day. Custom (made-to-order) gnomes have their own production estimate on the product page.

Carriers and tracking

We use standard U.S. carriers chosen by the workshop on a per-shipment basis. Tracking numbers appear on your order page once we’ve recorded them — we don’t auto-poll carrier APIs, so updates may lag the carrier site by a short window.

If your gnome arrives broken

The gnomes are small but solid. If yours arrives chipped or broken, send a photo within 7 days and we’ll send a replacement or refund — your choice.

Where we ship

At launch we ship within the United States. International shipping is on the roadmap.
