Returns

We want every gnome to end up somewhere it’s appreciated — even if that somewhere isn’t your pocket. Return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Outbound shipping is non-refundable; the return label is the customer’s responsibility unless the gnome arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Custom / made-to-order gnomes

Custom gnomes are final sale once production has started. If you change your mind before sculpting begins, contact us as soon as possible.

Already gnomed someone?

A gnome that has been placed on a coworker’s desk and recovered for return is a well-traveled gnome. We’re still happy to take it back, no questions asked.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at the address on the contact page with your order number.
  2. We’ll send return instructions and an RMA reference.
  3. Once we receive the item we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
