Returns
We want every gnome to end up somewhere it’s appreciated — even if that somewhere isn’t your pocket. Return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Outbound shipping is non-refundable; the return label is the customer’s responsibility unless the gnome arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
Custom / made-to-order gnomes
Custom gnomes are final sale once production has started. If you change your mind before sculpting begins, contact us as soon as possible.
Already gnomed someone?
A gnome that has been placed on a coworker’s desk and recovered for return is a well-traveled gnome. We’re still happy to take it back, no questions asked.
How to start a return
- Email us at the address on the contact page with your order number.
- We’ll send return instructions and an RMA reference.
- Once we receive the item we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
